The apartment is laid on two levels: a living room with a porch and a kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (one with terrace) and 1 bath on the first floor. Can accommodate 6 people, but can be expanded by connecting the bedroom Il Nibbio, 32 sqm with bathroom.
The living room has stone walls, a large wooden table for 8 people, a comfortable sofa bed.
The kitchen ivory wood and Carrara marble, is equipped with a large sink, dishwasher, a kitchen range gas fire and with electric oven, a large refrigerator 50's style
The east room overlooks vineyards and valley with views towards the village of Cupramontana. It has an iron-poster bed, a chest in walnut and marble from the early ' 900, an old sugar paper lacquer cabinet.
The West room has twin beds in iron, designed to be joined to form a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest, lacquered antique and has a spacious terrace.
The bathroom, with blue painted walls is covered with white ceramic, has a comfortable bathtub and is lit by a ceiling with velux window electrical command.

Il Nibbio can be booked individually (separate entrance) or connected to the apartment. Painted in light blue, it has an iron bed, a chest and a wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
