TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check in: 2.30-7.30 p.m. Check out: 8-10,00 a.m.
Every booking is to be confirmed trought fax or e-mail and guaranteed by a pre payment of 30% upon the stay.
The deposit can be paid by bank tranfer. The balance has to be settled one week before arrival in the same way (bank transfer).

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellations the following charges will apply (% on the pre-payment):
up to 15 days before date of arrival 0%
14 to 3 days before date of arrival 50%
2 days before date of arrival - no show 100%

In case of stay shorter than the requested period, a supplement for final cleaning is required, € 40 for medium apartment(Cicala), € 60 for large ones, € 100 for entire farmhouse.
